Hi all, in conjunction with the World Mental Health Day on 10 October, PPSD has planned for a few activities that will take place over the next few weeks in the month. To start, here's the calendar of events, and infographic on mental health, and details on our InPsychOut session.

Hi all, here is the infographic on the Signs and Symptoms of Burnout that PPSD has disseminated today. This infographic will help us recognise signs of burnout in others and ourselves and contains guidelines and resources we can utilise to mitigate it.

Also disseminated today is this notice of the next Ask PPSD InPsychOut focusing on insomnia that will be taking place on 25th Oct 2023 (Wed) from 3:30pm to 5pm via MS Teams. We hope to see you there!

Hi all, here is the infographic disseminated by PPSD last Friday regarding Anxiety. This infographic contains the warning signs that helps us spot anxiety in our peers and helps us mitigate these effects
Additionally, this is a reminder for the InPsychOut session happening later today from 3:30pm to 5pm. The focus will be on insomnia and how it affects us. Hope to see you there!
