If you do not know who your state rep or state senator is you are wrong. You should be blowing up their email and phone daily. Meet with them. They will listen to you. If they don't, it is easy to replace them. They have a lot of power, even if they don't realize it yet.

The Texas Medical Board and Pharmacy Board issued a statement reminding doctors and pharmacists it’s still acceptable to prescribe medicine the old way, i.e. using your professional discretion to write off-label prescriptions rather than following outside guidance.
