The bad guys lie to us in order to control us.

The good guys (White Hats) do the same thing, only with the intention to help wake us up.

Example Afghanistan: many are saying this is a White Hat operation for optics.
Which could be true, based on pictures and videos coming out.
There are reports of over 1000 jihadis released, which are now raping and pillaging women and children. Clearly the good guys wouldn't let that happen, therefore if its a White Hat operation the story is purely for optics.

If Biden is truly in control we have a hell of alot more work to do. But I am not too worried because I believe this may be a good guy move. Please remember deception is a major part of strategic war operations.
