⏰Spent half an hour this morning after my alarm clock went off to find Joy inside my body.

🔋I moved energy around. Found stuck spots and mentally convinced the energy move past the vortex of pain.

👣My feet touching eachother. Legs touching eachother. Hand on my face or wrapped around my body. Giving my body and soul comfort.

🙏Making prayers for my son and my family.
