👨‍💻 Easing Conditions for Developers from the EU

1. Developers can back to the original conditions once

2. It is no longer necessary to have a million dollars in the account. Enough app with 1 million installations in 🇪🇺 last year

👨‍💻 The App Store Review Guidelines are now simply called App Review Guidelines

🛑 According to the new guidelines, Apple can remove an app from the altstore if:

1. Mislead with title, pricing, etc.
2. Incorrect VPN: published under a personal account or selling traffic

🐤 That's it. 4.3 Design Spam is not a reason to take an app off the altstore

📅 There is an Apple Payout Calendar on the website. To add the calendar to your iPhone, visit the page – there will be a link

You only need to add the calendar once, new dates will appear automatically

👨‍💻 Starting today, you will receive a notification if you need to add a Privacy Manifest. For now, it's just a reminder.

🛑 From May 1st, such builds will be rejected. Instructions on how to add the manifest at the link

🎟 WWDC 2024 will be June 10th to 14th. Add the opening keynote to your calendar

🤚 If you use User Defaults (and not only it), you have to add a Privacy Manifest in just two weeks. Here's a tutorial:

🐤 sparrowcode.io/en/tutorials/privacy-manifest

🔴 Until May 1st, you can submit without the Manifest. After that, it won't be accepted for review

📦 If the framework doesn't have a Manifest, the developer must fill it out in their own project

You can configure how to display each guide. For example, for Safe Area only arrows, and for Layout Margins a fill

Starting today, upload apps to 👨‍💻 App Store Connect only with Xcode 15 and the latest SDKs: iOS 17, etc.
