Russia claims this shopping mall was a weapons depot. Please keep in mind that EVERY strike they make (or most militaries) claim its a weapons depot. So that may not be true... But this shows the bomings are precise and targeted, so when they say they accidentally hit an apatment building, it's a lie.

This idea is becoming commonplace in the last few days. It could be totally true, but this was something the West would commonly say about Hitler in the lead up to war, and during it. Same with Stalin... I think this war is a Russian problem best solved by a Russian bullet, but that is likely wishful thinking
