yet another project...ive been doing plant pal and this side to side...ahmm ahmm *clears throat*

Ever wanted to write a letter to your future self, seal it, and actually not be able to peek early? That's Capsule. Write a note, add photos, audio, or video, pick the day it opens (a birthday, New Year, 10 years out whatever), and seal it with your fingerprint or face. Once it's sealed, not even you can open it early no preview, no export, no shortcuts. Everything lives on your device, no account, no cloud, nothing leaves your phone. Free & open source, built with Flutter.

the local only feature might change if i have time..or if anyone like to save it on remote db with capablity to fetch it whenver you change devices...but for now ig its fine

Check it out: https://capsule-landing-two.vercel.app/

And a star would be much appritiated ❤️
I would say I made my setup better and cleaner than last time, tried to use built-in functionalities as much as possible. I ended up with a total of 23 plugins, but if you really don’t want to, you can remove most of them because only 8 plugins are the essential ones, the others are just extras.

Is it just me, or do you guys also think the actual New Year is the G.C. and not the E.C., so we still have time to complete our yearly plan?
So I abandoned my chess career back in high school, and now I am thinking of working on it again. The goal is 1.3k elo. 💪, my max was 700
I recently needed to work on an Android app and required Android Studio, and I am 100% confident that it will start installing the universe. Holy bloatware.

Single-handedly the best extension I ever saw. I promise you won’t regret watching this video, especially Vim and Linux users ;) or just any browser users
I was cooking up a portfolio website and I just realized I wrote a “full stack frontend developer” lolz.

What’s this about chess being difficult, I was built for this

Sometimes I'm like, "Wow, in 60 years, all of us here will be dead." Life is very short when you think about it. May God give us all long lives, twins! 👊

Introducing omafil - a file manager for Omarchy

Omarchy is a Hyprland desktop. Tiling, keyboard-first, terminal-centric, themed end to end. Then you press SUPER+SHIFT+F and get Nautilus, a GNOME file manager with GNOME's assumptions, sitting in the middle of a desktop built around none of them.

It works. It just doesn't belong.

It doesn't know your theme, terminal, editor, or window manager. So I built omafil, a file manager designed specifically for Omarchy.

Built for Omarchy

Theme-aware: follows colors.toml and icon theme inheritance, with live theme switching.
Terminal-aware: F4 opens your configured terminal through xdg-terminal-exec.
Editor-aware: uses omarchy-launch-editor.
Omarchy-integrated: available in the launcher and works as the inode/directory handler.
Hyprland-native: designed around tiling, with no pointless minimize or maximize buttons.
Keyboard-first: optional Vim navigation with j/k/h/l, gg/G, and /.

A real file manager

Undo operations: moves, copies, renames, and deletes, with the last 50 operations tracked.
Cancellable operations: byte-level progress without leaving half-written files behind.
Archive support: tar, zst, xz, gz, bz2, lz4, 7z, iso, cab, rar, zip.
* Tabs and split view
* Folder tree, pins, tags, and search filters
* Bulk rename with preview
* Permissions editing
* Drive mount, eject, and format

Install

yay -S omafil-git

Or grab the AppImage from releases.

MIT licensed.

Built it because I wanted it on my own machine. Shipping it because someone else is probably annoyed by the same thing.
I recently bought a PS Vita (1000 series) worth every penny. With this, you basically get a lot of old games from back in 2005(ps1 and psp). It’s basically ancient, but you can’t beat the aesthetic of this thing. It even has YouTube.
