When Micheal Jackson died, it was revealed that his doctor gave him an anesthetic medication called propofol almost every night to sedate him to sleep, until he gave him a fatal dose. I have tried pretty much everything and sometimes I wonder how easy it would be to just put a mask on or inject myself with a liquid or enter a pod alien style and pass out. On regular days I wake up at 7am and still get so much energy at night that it's impossible to sleep. I lay in bed for 4 hours rolling around going crazy. What if my ancestors were a leftover adaptation from earlier societies, like the ones who stayed awake while everyone else slept to guard the village fire, track movement in the dark, listen for predators or distant footsteps, ~protecting~ everyone from ~danger~. This early bird early sleep bullshit is a Jewish psyop but it's becoming embarrassing. 24 years of this barely more than two weeks of consistent normal sleep time. didn't help that my parents never slept normally either and they'd let me stay up. I am willing to fix this but don't know how.
Maybe a computer pillow would fix me
In Philip K. Dick's novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" Humans use a device called a Penfield Mood Organ to artificially dial in emotional states, and use "teaching machines" to absorb pre-programmed knowledge directly into their brains. Users dial in a specific three-digit code corresponding to an exact emotional state (e.g., a desire to watch TV, a feeling of absolute creative inspiration, or a desire to feel rage, wife can program herself to be happy). He was such an Aquarius moon it is too on the nose. Favorite sci-fi writer.
