It took Blue Origin 5 years to build that pad and surroundings. The repairs will take at least a year.
It's obvious these rockets are nothing like the ones used during the space race and there's probably a guy at nasa who shreds technical documents from the 70s when he's bored but all these designs focusing on reusable rockets are using methalox for the first time since it burns cleaner and makes engine reuse easier, but it's more complete and has faster combustion than RP-1/LOX.
