US-NATO goes global: NATO declares its intent to include all countries. Conquer and control the entire world?
When a military alliance that is headed by the world's most powerful country (America) makes public that it is hostile against (aiming to control) both of the other two most powerful countries (Russia and China), then it actually exists in order to conquer (include), ultimately, ALL countries, and to replace the United Nations — the current authoritative source of international law[1]. What this implies is to replace the U.N. and its authorized agencies, by the U.S.-proposed "rules-based international order," whose "rules" come not from FDR's envisioned U.N., but instead come from the post-WW-II Deep State or Military-Industrial Complex, the billionaires who control the armaments and global extraction and media firms and the U.S. Government itself, which latter Government will become imposed upon the world (all countries except America) by the world's most powerful country (America), which had created and leads that military alliance (NATO) and is now publicly aiming to conquer...

Russia agrees Austria can pay for gas in euros, Vienna declares it wants 'sanctions to hurt Russian Federation'
Following his visit to Moscow, earlier this week, Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin assured him that gas will continue to be delivered to the country and that Vienna will be allowed to continue paying for it in euros. "Putin told me that the gas supply is safe, that Russia will deliver the contractually agreed quantities and that payments can continue to be made in euros," Nehammer told Austrian APA and German DPA news agencies on Wednesday. The chancellor also noted that Austria, which still gets 80% of its gas from Russia, opposes an immediate EU gas embargo on Moscow, arguing that it is simply not possible at the moment and would mean that both Austrian industry and households would suffer serious harm, while not having much of an effect on Russia.

FLASHBACK: How the Pentagon tried to cure America of its 'Vietnam syndrome
In August 1965, Morley Safer, a reporter for "CBS News," accompanied a unit of U.S. marines on a search-and-destroy mission to the Vietnamese village of Cam Ne. Using cigarette lighters and a flamethrower, the troops proceeded to burn down 150 houses, wound three women, kill one child and take four men prisoner. Safer and his crew caught it all on film. The military command later claimed that the unit had received enemy fire. But according to Safer, no pitched battle had taken place. The only death had been the boy, and not a single weapon had been uncovered. In describing the reaction, Safer would later say that the public, the media and the military all began to realize that the rules of war reporting had changed. The New Yorker's Michael Arlen dubbed Vietnam the "living room war." The images of the war - viewed on evening news shows on the country's three networks - enabled the public to understand the war's human costs. BEST OF THE WEB: Snow totals top 40 inches as April blizzard blasts northern U.S. - 10 feet deep snow drifts reported
Hundreds of miles of roads were shut down, ranchers and their animals faced brutal conditions — and will see more tough weather ahead. Meanwhile, snowdrifts in some spots were estimated to be higher than 10 feet in some places. Sheep managed to find higher ground from being buried by a snowdrift on April 12 in Molt, Montana. These sheep are built for snow but not for wind. All sheep are alive and accounted for. The sun was out and shining Wednesday morning in Molt, Montana — a stark contrast to the blizzard conditions that had kept Sara Hollenbeck busy on her ranch, working to keep the wind and snow from burying her sheep.

Searching for war criminals - They are nearer than you think
The United States is now insisting that Russian President Vladimir Putin should be put on trial for "war crimes" committed in Ukraine. As Putin is still insisting that he will attend the upcoming G20 summit in November on the island of Bali, Indonesia, it will be a great opportunity to have US Marshalls snatch him from the stage and whisk him off to a federal courthouse in Virginia for justice to be served. Or a form of justice anyway, since the United States has no actual jurisdiction over where Putin's alleged crimes might have taken place and it will be impossible to prove that he actually ordered anyone to carry out so-called "crimes against humanity." We'll see how it all works out. Indeed, there is no other phrase that has been more misunderstood and generally abused of late than "war crimes" or "war criminals." It belongs with several other labels, including "weapons of mass destruction" and "crimes against humanity" that are used to indicate an adversary has crossed a red...

The measure will go into effect on July 1 without no exceptions for pregnancies as the result of rape, incest or human trafficking. BEST OF THE WEB: Why the New World Order Wants Programmable Currency
Technocracy is the proverbial operating system for the "superclass," a centralized global elite that is working toward securing the exclusive ownership of all the world's assets, reducing the rest of us to indebted serfs. While the plans for a NWO based on technocracy, i.e., The Great Reset and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, are clearly outlined on websites like that of the World Economic Forum (WEF), and world leaders are using these terms on a regular basis, when people point out the nefarious meaning of these terms, they're typically dismissed as loony conspiracy theorists.1 But the NWO is no conspiracy theory. It's not even theory. It's a fact, and details of the plan are publicly available for anyone willing to look at them. As noted by Russell Brand in the featured video, the way you stay in power is by discrediting the opposition. Calling the opposition crackpot is the oldest trick in the book.

It's time for transparency of the embedded costs of going "green"
The worldwide movement toward the electrification of everything, from intermittent electricity by industrial wind and solar farms, to more electric vehicles, the political actions are supportive of jumping onto the green train, most-likely not knowing there is a darker side of green technology, associated with environmental degradation, humanity atrocities, and other embedded costs for materials. A recent report by the International Energy Agency (IEA) notes: "A typical electric car requires six times the mineral inputs of a conventional car and an onshore wind plant requires nine times more mineral resources than a gas-fired plant". Nickel: A major component of the EV batteries, is found just below the topsoil in the Rainforests of Indonesia and the Philippines. As a result, the nickel is extracted using horizontal surface mining that results in extensive environmental degradation: deforestation and removal of the top layer of soil. Why the outcome of Russia-Ukraine talks will change Europe's security landscape
Six weeks into Moscow's military offensive, Russia and Ukraine do not have a mutually satisfactory agreement. A treaty between the two countries, when signed, could have far-reaching effects that go beyond bilateral relations, transforming the entire landscape of European security. On February 28, Moscow and Kiev kicked off the talks, focusing on four key areas: political aspects, demilitarization, the issue of Crimea and the Donbass, and the subject of NATO expansion. So far the parties haven't made much progress. The only breakthrough was made when Ukraine said it would be willing to abandon its NATO ambitions and to encapsulate this commitment in the country's Constitution. This didn't come about without conditions, however.

Taiwan and Ukraine not same, US to ensure Chinese 'invasion never happens' - US National Security Advisor
U.S. National Security Advisor (NSA) Jake Sullivan on Thursday (April 14) said Taiwan is in a different situation to Ukraine and it is U.S. policy to ensure that a Chinese invasion of Taiwan does not occur. Sullivan was a featured guest at a meeting of The Economic Club of Washington, D.C. hosted by the organization's president David Rubenstein. The discussion mainly revolved around Russia's invasion of Ukraine, but also touched on China's role in the Russo-Ukrainian war and cross-strait issues. Rubenstein asked whether he was worried that China might consider invading Taiwan and whether the situation in Russia and Ukraine was similar to that in the Taiwan Strait. Sullivan said the Biden administration has expressed concerns about China "taking efforts to unilaterally change the status quo."

Toeing the Empire's line: Italy rejects ruble payment for Russian gas
The Italian Foreign Ministry says giving in to Moscow's "blackmail" would violate EU sanctions Russia's demand for ruble payments for natural gas cannot be fulfilled, according to Italian Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio, who says doing so would breach EU sanctions. "We cannot pay in rubles; Russia introduced a double billing scheme from euro to rubles, this is impossible as it would mean bypassing sanctions against the [Russian] Central Bank," Di Maio said in an interview with Italy's Radio 24.
