Biden approval rating drops to lowest point in CBS News poll
President Biden's approval rating has fallen to its lowest point in the latest CBS News and YouGov poll. Biden's approval rating ticked down to 42 percent in early April, according to the poll, which CBS News said is its lowest yet. Fifty-eight percent of respondents said they disapprove of the way Biden is handling his job as president. Father rejected as kidney donor for his own son over vaccine policy
The Cleveland Clinic's vaccination policy is preventing Dane Donaldson from donating a kidney to his nine-year-old son, Tanner, despite his being an almost perfect match. The clinic's policy is that all patients and donors who are still living must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order for surgery to be performed on them, and it appears that no exceptions are being made in the case of the Donaldsons. The Ivy League college raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records. If you are even a semi-regular reader of this blog, you know about the energy storage problem that is inherent in the effort to eliminate dispatchable fossil fuels from the electricity generation system and replace them with wind and solar. As discussed here many times, other than with nuclear power, the storage problem is the critical issue that must be addressed if there is ever going to be "net zero" electricity generation, let alone a "net zero" economy based on all energy usage having been electrified.
