Biden's 'booming economy'
Did you know the economy was booming? This may come as a shock to anyone out there who a) is alive or b) has to buy things, but it's definitely true. MSNBC and the New York Times said so. Mehdi Hasan did a segment on his show: NBC report "President Biden's approval rating has fallen to lowest level of his presidency despite booming economy", and Hasan just doesn't understand why people would be "unhappy with the way Biden is handling the economy" when wages are growing and they've added a "record 6.4 million job" in 2021. Now, OK, that reported 4.5% wage growth is lagging way behind inflation, meaning in real terms people are being paid less. Yes, alright, the "new jobs" were really just (some) of the people who lost their jobs during lockdown being rehired. And fine, the reason spending is increasing could be that everything costs more. But seriously, we're fine, it's booming.

A New World Order is already here
We now have a first-class international crisis on hand — a man-made crisis of the kind that comes once in millennia and causes empires to fall. We may not, as some observers put it, be witnessing a world war. But we are certainly braving a "war of the world". Though the guns have not yet fallen silent, a new world order is already here. While the war is taking place in Ukraine, which for centuries has been a battlefield between European and Russian armies, the real conflict is between the United States, its allies and Russia. US and NATO leaders have repeatedly stated that the western military alliance NATO has never been more united than it is now. Students of history and international relations will ponder through history to judge whether the Russian invasion of Ukraine was avoidable and why, despite its enormous power, the United States and Europe did not come to Ukraine's aid. President Putin had conducted reluctant diplomacy last year with President Joe Biden over Ukraine's...

Apple reportedly working with lobbyists to stop parental rights bills in multiple states
"Apple executives have encouraged other large companies to publicly oppose the legislation, arguing that it promotes discrimination and threatens to harm LGBTQ youth." Apple is quietly engaging lobbyists in multiple states to stop parental rights bills like the one that just passed in Florida. Much like Disney, Apple is getting involved in woke politics and framing this as standing up for LGBT rights when that's not what's happening at all.

'Pushing back': GOP states file lawsuit against Biden administration's end of Title 42 border policy
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry are suing the Biden Administration for ending Title 42 during the worst border crisis in decades. The three Republican leaders claim the rollback of the health policy will lead to an unprecedented crisis at the southern border that will have a devastating impact nationwide. Schmitt said in a statement on Monday: "Today, Missouri, Arizona, and Louisiana filed suit against the Biden Administration for rescinding Title 42 amid one of the worst border crises in this country's history. Title 42 is a crucial tool for controlling the influx of illegal aliens at our Southern border. Time and again, the Biden Administration has failed to act to secure our Southern border and have terminated successful programs like Title 42 and the 'Remain in Mexico' Policy. United States launches Cybersecurity Division (CDP)
The U.S. State Department Monday announced its newly-created Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (CDP) was operational. The new agency has been devised to enhance the country's ability to work together with other nations on cybersecurity matters. The CDP is a milestone in Secretary Antony Blinken's modernization agenda. It will address national security challenges, economic opportunities, and implications for U.S. values associated with cyberspace, digital technologies, and digital policy, according to Washington sources. Jennifer Bachus, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, has been appointed as principal deputy assistant secretary for the Bureau, pending the selection of a Senate-confirmed ambassador-at-Large to head the agency which will consist of around 100 workers. Fauci's colleague offered to secretly erase a COVID-19 paper containing data hidden by China
Kristian Andersen - an Anthony Fauci confidant who has received research grants worth millions from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director - reportedly offered to secretly delete a research paper exposing the U.S. National Institutes of Health's erasure of a database containing information relevant to the origins of COVID-19. Andersen, a virologist at the Scripps Research Institute, made the suggestion during a Zoom call with Fauci himself, alongside former National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director Francis Collins, and the paper's author Jesse D. Bloom. Bloom, an evolutionary biologist, had recovered a number of early SARS-CoV-2 genomic sequences, which were erased by the NIH at the request of Chinese Communist Party researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. The Zoom call - the details of which were revealed by Vanity Fair - was arranged two days after Bloom had sent a preprint of the report to Fauci and Collins.

A Theory of the Case
You have been boldly lied-to by them with absolute consistency for years now.... There was Scott Pelley of CBS's 60-Minutes show on Sunday night — the prime-time slot of the new week — all cued up to run interference for the US State Department (and other Deep State "actors") in the propaganda war over Ukraine. Let's be brutally frank and get this out of the way: can you really trust either the US news media or the US government to tell you the truth? Of course, you can't. You have been boldly lied-to by them with absolute consistency for years now. Common knowledge, which is common sense's twin sister, has it that the CIA "owns" The Washington Post, the FBI owns The New York Times, and the State Department owns CBS-News. All are conduits for official narratives. And since the State Department is most of all responsible for the Russian clean-up operation now underway in Ukraine, you can bet that CBS-News is in on the info-grift to protect State, its patron.

Canada explores transhuman society
The report examines the implications of the assimilation of digital technologies that, in essence, would fundamentally re-imagine life on an individual, environmental, and societal level. The Government of Canada's think-tank, Policy Horizons Canada, published a report titled Exploring Biodigital Convergence looking at transhumanism. Biodigital convergence can be defined as the intersection and synthesis of biological systems with digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), biometrics and genetic engineering. In the human realm, this field is called transhumanism. The report examines the implications of the assimilation of digital technologies with biological entities that, in essence, would fundamentally re-imagine life on an individual, environmental, and societal level. More concisely, the reconfiguration — if realized — would radically redefine what it means to be human. Transhumanism is no longer a concept confined to a generation of cheesy Hollywood B-movies —...

New type of cell found hidden in the lungs
The newfound cells help to maintain a healthy respiratory system. Scientists have discovered a brand-new type of cell hiding inside the delicate, branching passageways of human lungs. The newfound cells play a vital role in keeping the respiratory system functioning properly and could even inspire new treatments to reverse the effects of certain smoking-related diseases, according to a new study. The cells, known as respiratory airway secretory (RAS) cells, are found in tiny, branching passages known as bronchioles, which are tipped with alveoli, the teensy air sacs that exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide with the bloodstream. The new RAS cells are similar to stem cells — "blank canvas" cells that can differentiate into any other type of cell in the body — and are capable of repairing damaged alveoli cells and transforming into new ones.

Ivan Timofeev: Why the West's anti-Russian sanctions are politically pointless
It's now been over a month since a tsunami of Western sanctions hit Russia. Their unprecedented scale is a notable characteristic. All key industries are under attack. Russia's reserve assets abroad have been frozen. Tough control measures have been imposed on exports, especially when it comes to technology and industrial goods. All of this happened within an extremely short period of time. Something like this has occurred in Russia's history only once before - after the 1917 Bolshevik revolution. Even during the Cold War, the Iron Curtain was gradually eroding, but now it's in the process of being actively rebuilt. Another peculiarity is the zeal with which the Western business community is following through on the sanctions, often running ahead of the politicians. Companies tried to stay away from politics before, and now corporations boycott even those sectors that haven't been officially sanctioned - from the fast-food industry and furniture retail to denying access to academic...

Opening arguments have taken place in a West Virginia lawsuit accusing several drugmakers of misrepresenting the risks and benefits of opioids Drug manufacturers misrepresented the risks and benefits of opioids in West Virginia and contributed to the state's opioid crisis, Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said in opening arguments at a trial that began Monday. Morrisey asked a judge to hold Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., along with Teva Pharmaceuticals Inc., AbbVie Inc.'s Allergan and their family of companies accountable for their "unlawful, unreasonable, callous and destructive conduct." The defendants "participated in a highly sophisticated scheme to mislead healthcare providers and consumers about the addictive nature of their products," Morrisey said. Those efforts led to opioids becoming a common treatment for chronic pain and fueled substance abuse in West Virginia. The state has the nation's highest rate of drug overdose deaths. Morrisey...

Those efforts led to opioids becoming a common treatment for chronic pain and fueled substance abuse in West Virginia. The state has the nation's highest rate of drug overdose deaths. Morrisey...

New survey in UK finds major public concerns NOT addressed by Covid-19 Inquiry and the now infamous 'nudge unit'
The UK Covid-19 Inquiry, set up to examine the UK's pandemic response, is consulting on the draft terms of reference until the 7th April. An independent new survey by opinion experts Yonder for grassroots organisation Recovery has revealed that the terms of reference fail to address major public concerns. Although the draft terms bullet-point no less than 32 separate areas of focus for the Inquiry, key areas of concern are missing. Recovery found that: 42% want the Inquiry to consider the use of behavioural psychology in influencing public behaviour during the pandemic40% want restrictions on the media examined, reflecting concern over whether the actions of Ofcom and the main broadcasters and social media platforms compromised freedom of speech60% want a specific focus on children to be included in the inquiry - there is currently no mention of impact of Covid measures on children.

Economic reality confronts Europe with some hard choices
After a brief period of depression, the Russian rouble has recovered back to the position held in December 2021 and is currently trading at around 84 roubles to the US dollar. It was not a recovery foreseen by the Americans who have made a determined effort to attack the rouble and by that means mount an attack upon the Russian economy. The latest move by the Russians is to require purchases of their gas to be made in roubles. Initially this created consternation in European capitals who have loyally followed the dictates of the Americans in making life difficult for Russian traders, whether in gas, oil or any other commodity. In fact, the device signed by Russia's President Putin is not as draconian as the first reactions suggested. Purchasers in Europe of Russian goods are still able to pay in Euros. The funds are paid into the Gazprom bank which then converts the sum paid into roubles and pays that some to the supplier of the goods. One of the immediate benefits of this...

Fed inflation lies, Russia sanctions and a New World Order
The Federal Reserve and most other world central banks are lying about how interest rates affect inflation. It's no small matter, as it clearly is being used to usher in a global economic depression, this time far worse than in the 1930s, using Russia as the scapegoat to blame, as the powers that be prepare to push the world into what Joe Biden recently called "a New World Order." I have made the case many times that every major economic depression or recession of the past century or so, since creation of the US Federal Reserve, has been the deliberate political result of Fed actions. The present situation is clearly a repeat of that. Recent statements and actions of the Fed on combating inflation indicate that they plan to provoke a full blown global depression in the next several months. The conflict in Ukraine and the insane flood of NATO country sanctions on everything Russian will be used to accelerate the process of global inflation in food, energy and everything else, and...

Documents expose how Australian government misled citizens
Qatari state news outlet Al Jazeera has published previously unseen, and heavily redacted documents, on Tuesday, which paint a troubling picture of the closed-door conversations that preceded the implementation of Australia's Assistance and Access Act. It comes after the broadcaster grappled with the Canberra government for nearly five years over a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in relation to the far-reaching legislation, announced in 2017, that became law the following year. The law forces tech companies like Google, Facebook and Apple to grant police access to users' encrypted data. It includes steep fines to punish companies that refuse to turn over private data to police. Individual citizens who refuse to cooperate could face prison time under the uniquely harsh policy. Revelations from the documents include a November 2015 letter in which Australia's Attorney-General's Department addressed the heads of intelligence and law enforcement agencies about "broader plans...
