how does one reclaim their academic confidence?
i feel hollow, and i don’t like feeling empty in this part of myself.

Woke up thinking I need to do something I hate for some time (till the end of this month is the initial plan) after watching David Goggins and feeling like I'm a lazy bum(I wasn't joking when I said I'm getting into his content)
So, we're gonna do a challenge where I do something every day (new or consistent) that'd challenge me and make me hate myself.
I'm not sure what the list is gonna contain and whether I'm gonna add new ones as days go by or start with a predefined list tho
