She was offered a way out due to her age and gender in exchange for repenting but declined, choosing to stand with her comrades. She is a prime example that, even in the darkest times, there will always be those who are willing to give up everything if it means bringing about the change in the world that they want to see. She will forever be a reminder of bravery and an inspiration to anyone living under oppressive regimes.
