In today's livestream we discussed the latest updates in the Charlottesville appeal. We discussed the Response (to our Opening Brief) filed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, and our Reply to that.

The biggest issues we focused on were the unconstitutionality of the "Burning an Object" statute, the fact that none of us committed a crime, the absurd/irrelevant testimony of the "expert witness," and the disqualification of the activist prosecutors.

The briefing is now done, which means we are waiting for oral argument.

The next livestreams will be about (1) the Amicus Brief filed by the Free Expression Foundation and (2) the cases of the other torch marchers: the men who were forced into plea deals, Jacob Dix, Vasillios Pistolis, and others.
