Some details about the negotiations expected to resume in the coming hours:
1. The Israeli delegation will not go to Qatar due to the clear tension.
Negotiations are set to take place tomorrow in Cairo, Egypt. Steve Witkoff will be attending for the American side, and Ron Dermer,
Minister of Strategic Affairs, for the Israelis.
2. In Israel, work is currently underway on several requirements for the talks, including IDF withdrawal maps that need to be agreed upon.
3. Senior Israeli officials involved in the talks held last night say that Israel did not interpret Hamas's statement as Trump did, and do not see it as consent to the move. According to them, Trump "left Israel no choice" but to treat Hamas's statement as one that allows dialogue.
Today, Israel still views Hamas's response to Trump's plan as negative.
4. Senior officials in Israel said today that this event will be resolved one way or another within days: either the event will be closed and the release of hostages will begin, or there will be a return to intense fighting.
After the IDF halted the operation in Gaza City under the direction of the political echelon, IDF spokesperson Avichay Adraee warned the Gaza residents in Arabic against returning to the northern Gaza Strip (attached): "IDF forces are still surrounding Gaza City, and returning there is very dangerous. Avoid returning north or approaching IDF operational areas anywhere."

โ Opinion post: on the 2nd anniversary of October 7, let's take a moment to recognize the worst commentary we've seen on the war is that claiming Hamas won.
Justifying the deaths of tens of thousands of Palestinians thinking they "turned the west against them" (which in a few years will mean nothing), or that they "bogged down the IDF in attrition warfare", there's no shortage of delusion these people will indulge in.
Absolutely despicable.

โก๏ธ๐ช๐ฌ๐บ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ต๐ธ An Egyptian source told Asharq Al-Awsat that an agreement on the first phase of the Trump plan could be reached before Friday if the positive atmosphere in the Sharm el-Sheikh talks continues.
The sides reportedly agreed on a timetable for the exchange deal and on revising the IDF withdrawal map. Hamas is pressing for the release of senior prisoners.
The source said President Trump may announce a preliminary agreement by Friday or Sunday at the latest, though continued military operations remain the main obstacle.
Hamas is demanding logistical measures for the exchange, including IDF withdrawals, checkpoint removals, and flight halts. Later stages, such as Hamas disarmament, are expected to be more complex.

Hello dear readers.
Given the current situation and with the prospects of a lasting peace ahead (admin has been discussing this with other admins here for months about this current scenario), I believe now is the perfect time:
โก๏ธ The username @freepalestine is now for sale here through Telegram's @fragment platform
Our focus is to sell it to an official organization - whether governmental or non-governamental.
โก๏ธ The proceeds from this sale will go to a campaign that @sonsofjerusalem and I are organizing, in cooperation with some French and South American Catholic groups linked to the Holy Sepulchre, to bring large scale aid amount to the Christian Community in Gaza in a neutral manner under the banner of the Latin Patriarchate, privately and without wanting to draw the spotlight on ourselves (but if it works, we'll post it here).
This post will probably be attacked as an attempt at grifting, profiting from other people's misfortunes, and peepeepoopoo.
It's part of the process. I don't care a lot.
If you have legitimate questions about our intentions, feel free to ask us at the same username
In case any of aforementioned groups wants it, here's the link (no, this is not a fed ipgrabbing or a scam):
