TIPS TO NOTE WHEN MAKING CHIN CHIN

1. Fry with medium heat and do not over crowd your pan.

2. Eggs are very optional when making chin chin but for a rich chin chin, 1 egg is enough for 500g - 1kg of flour depending on the size of the egg.

3. Allowing your dough rest before rolling out improves richness and texture of your chin chin.

4. If your butter or margarine is salted, you may not need extra salt.

5. Cut your chin chin in a uniformed size for even frying.

6. Always allow your chin chin cool properly before storing.

7. A good vegetable oil is a good chin chin!

8. Sift your dry ingredients o. You don't want to fry and sell stones to your customers.
