I have lost my parents. They believe the rhetoric, the lies, and no matter what research I show them, what reminders I share from their past lives when they were true hippies who marched for no nukes and used critical thinking to solve problems, they are caught in the foggy tornado with a frequent, giant sprinkle of media-fused fear.

And now I see this country as split, but not down political lines anymore; that is just a facade. There is a distinct divide between those caught up in the revolving stories of war and disease through tech addiction and those who are – or have become – truth seekers, science followers, and truly critical thinkers.

Not "all" baby boomers fall for the mainstream media trusted sources "narrative", but many do.

Why? It's probably linked to feeling uncomfortable with "alternative" voices. Basically, fear.

Although we're still smarting from being fooled early on about C19 "asymptomatic spread", hours of research in alternative media showed us a much clearer vision of what was/is really going on.

The Great Divide isn't generational. Rather, it's those who watch TV and audio/visual media (since reading is not a pleasure) versus those who do not. Reading requires mental effort to decipher letters into comprehendible words. Passively watching a "movie" purported to reflect real life is easier on the brain cells.

In any field those who want to know WHY are always few in number. They often don't achieve much as the world regards achievement.

But they are the ones who literally "change the course" of accepted wisdom. Often long after their passing.
