After many followers asked me to sum up which supplements should be taken to compensate for common deficits, I created a simple graphic on how everybody can boost their immune system without lots of effort.

In addition to this, a healthy Omega-3 index is required. So you either eat fatty fishy once or twice a week or consume 3g of EPA/DHA-rich fish/algae oil per day.

So, it's up to you to take control of your health. Just don't rely on your government because they really don't care.

Massive fire engulfs Walmart distribution center near Indianapolis

Yesterday it was a giant fire in the largest warehouse for the largest grocery store chain in Taiwan. The spontaneous combustion of our food supply / supply chain continues at breakneck speed.

CBS 4 in Indianapolis reported the smoke was so thick it was being picked up on weather radar.

There was no word on if there were any injuries or what may have caused the fire to start at the facility located at 9590 Allpoints Parkway.

Dr. Martín Monteverde on EMF radiation emitted by mobile phones

Dr. Martín Monteverde has shared a video in which he uses an electromagnetic field meter to measure the radiation we're exposed to when we have cell phone mobile data activated versus what we are exposed to when we only use WiFi.

The conclusions of his experiment show that we should avoid as much as possible the use of mobile data since there are times when they reach 80 microwatts per square meter. The ideal should be less than one.

This week’s movie does not need many words of description. It is a beautiful and uplifting citizen documentary about the Canadian Freedom Convoy and rallies in Ottawa showing the real “vibe” and motivation behind thousands of Canadians coming together for their rights and freedoms.
The contrast with what the old media, riot police, banks, courts, and government displayed could not be more flagrant.
Seeing these citizens—from all walks of life, ethnicities, ages, religions, and professions—supporting, volunteering, speaking out, dancing, stepping up to leadership, and holding their ground in non-violence and love is simply inspiring.

Powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake rattles Japan, killing 4 and injuring more than 100 | AccuWeather

The quake occurred almost exactly 11 years after the same region was hit by a devastating earthquake and tsunami that triggered a nuclear meltdown.

The powerful quake, which was reported shortly after 10:30 a.m. EDT Wednesday, just around midnight Thursday in Japan, struck about 39 miles below the sea, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The USGS pinpointed the epicenter of the quake to be located 35.4 miles (57 km) east of Namie, off the coast of Fukushima.

This latest earthquake comes 11 years to the month after a 9.1-magnitude earthquake created a massive tsunami that devastated the same region and triggered a catastrophic nuclear meltdown at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, spewing huge amounts of radiation.

The Daiichi site is in the process of being decommissioned and its six reactor units have been permanently shut down.

In the past century, according to the USGS, 33 earthquakes with magnitudes of 7 or greater have occurred within 155 miles of this latest event, including seven since the March 2011 disaster.
