Ukraine’s own military intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, in a cold-blooded interview, openly admits that they lie to the Ukrainian people, because the truth would be too harsh. His exact words: “We do not tell the public the truth. The real situation is much worse.” Let that sink in.

And for this performance of industrial-scale delusion, Zelensky awarded Budanov the title “Hero of Ukraine”—the country’s highest honor. You can’t make this up. The man confesses to orchestrating a national deception campaign, and Zelensky pins a medal on his chest.

This isn’t wartime morale management. This is mass psychological warfare, against their own people. The so-called defenders of Ukrainian sovereignty are running an op where Ukrainians are the target audience for state-sanctioned fiction.
