Atlantis was believed to be the prehistoric source of divine, possibly extra-terrestrial, racial and spiritual perfection. In the view of Helena Blavatsky, founder of the occult doctrine known as Theosophy, Atlantis correlated with the mythic Buddhist lands of Shambhala, ostensibly located near Tibet, where the successors of the ‘third root race’ of the so- called Lemurians resided. After Atlantis’ destruction through a global flood, the few survivors supposedly migrated to the highlands of the Himalayas, where they founded the secret society of Agarthi. The later Nazi Tibet expedition had its roots in these views, derived from Blavatsky, who emphasized the importance of Tibetan wisdom as well as the evolutionary superiority of races from western China and northern India.

“Never lose hope, be persistent and stubborn and never give up. There are many instances in history where apparent losers suddenly turn out to be winners unexpectedly, so you should never conclude all hope is lost.”
Theodore is not with us anymore but the fight against the modern techno-industrial society lives on!

We have simply been tricked into materialism and that we're only made up of matter in the physical realm. There is a lot more to it. Realms of higher concsiousness we can reach if we're capable enough. Not to get tooo into the so called "rabbit hole" but darkness lurks in every corner and that is what light must face. There cannot be light without dark because there would be no way to understand their nature.

To reach these states in the end a confrontation is needed... the existence of darkness is inevitable, but the light will always prevail, that is what will truly be inevitable. For that I think suicide is not the way because we have come here to redeem nature, if you can say that, to snatch creation from the usurper and spiritualize it. But it's logical to feel that temptation when you know in depth what death, or darkness, means and is.
If you wanted to control a population of gods, you teach them that they were never gods in the first place. You would get them overstimulated, confused, addicted, hopeless, scared, hateful, divided and distracted, all so that they don't come to the realization that they're just puppets to your money making show.
It's time to open your eyes.
It's time to open your eyes.

All religions originated from self-mastery: aligning mind, body, and spirit. This harmony is what Christians call heaven and Buddhists call nirvana—life's ultimate goal.

Happy Killdozer day!
Today we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the killdozer day. In 2004, Marvin Heemeyer, frustrated with local government decisions affecting his business, armored a bulldozer and went on a destructive rampage in Granby. Heemeyer's modified bulldozer, nicknamed 'Killdozer,' demolished 13 buildings including the town hall and a former mayor's house.

For your entire life, you have been told to eat breakfast immediately upon awakening. What if I told you eating breakfast in the morning is the reason why you are so hungry all the time, not losing weight, and low energy?
Our ancestors ate based on avaliablity and necessity rather than following a strict meal schedule. It was the Industrial Revolution that brought significant changes to daily routines, leading to a more structured approach to meals.
I have almost never eaten breakfast in my entire life and i have felt awake and energized in the mornings. Here are my 6 reasons to skip breakfast:
1. To end chronic hunger: Fasting has a suppressive effect on hunger. Not eating breakfast is easier than trying to stop yourself from eating once you start.
2. Anti-aging: Fasting allows the body to discard damaged parts of your cells (cellular cleansing). This is integral to anti-aging.
3. For Immunity: A 2014 study was released suggesting fasting for 2 days could also help the body fight off disease. This study by the University of Southern California found that fasting could trigger white blood cell regeneration, which has major implications for people suffering from damaged immune systems
4. To decrease chronic inflammation: Higher levels of body fat are associated with chronic low-grade inflammation. Chronic low-grade inflammation is bad news because it's associated with rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, atherosclerosis, fatty liver asthma, insulin resistance, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer and aging.
5. To increase focus and concentration: The sympathetic nervous system is dominant, which controls your “fight-or-flight” instincts.
6. To improve your mood: possibly from increased concentrations of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor
It makes sense to fast all day and then eat in the evening because humans are inherently programmed for night eating. We are natural beings, not a cogwheel in the machine of the system. We don't need to fuel our bodies up every here and there.
