WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE?
It is not easy to speculate precisely what will happen in the near and distant future. Many great philosophers like Aldous Huxley or George Orwell have both made pretty good attempts at describing what the future holds for humanity in their most famous dystopian novels. Technology being the main culprit for the problems in society.
I believe civilization as we know it is going to collapse at one point in time. If you look at the historic timeline of mankind, you will quickly see that we have progressed exponentially, not in a straight line. I believe we are going to progress so fast that we are not going to be able to regulate the technological advancements happening.
We know that technology is self-propelling and is not easily contained, history is a great example. Technology itself is an autonomous entity that superseds our control. Technological systems are also known to develop their own logic, evolving beyond our comprehension. The system is making us subordinates to the technological systems which all in turn destabilizes society, leading to widespread psychological and physical suffering.
The human dependance on the system is going to become so high that it will heighten tensions and social instability, eventually causing a complete and utter breakdown when people become sufficiently disaffected to rebel against it. The collapse is inevitable.

It is frankly concerning that suddenly when a well known personality is shot to death, suddenly the entire world is in tears and sorrow. People are hardwired to reject any kind of violence the system does not endorse, but when it comes to for example, geopolitical conflict, everyone picks their side. One could show the same amount of grief for millions of people living in absolute hellish conditions, like extreme poverty and war.
This is a great example of a society that mourns spectacle but ignore the real cries. The fake grief is an absolute theatre of a performance and it is pathetic.

How the Education System keeps the technological system alive
As a child, your brain is actively growing and is at its most vulnerable stage of development. The things you are taught, is absorped like a sponge. This is one of the most important survival mechanisms humans have. In nature, that ability to learn so quickly is crucial to survive in a natural environment. It's the time you learn how to hunt, forage, and various other vital skills. However, this mechanism is abused by the system to indoctrinate, and tame your natural instincts.
Schools and other forms of propaganda methods are what fundementally keeps the modern technological system alive. You are taught obedience as early as possible in life for the purpose of not questioning outside societies framework. It is also more difficult to integrate wilder and more "primitive humans" into a society structured and centered around obedience.
Even your basic biological needs are supressed in the education system. You are not allowed to eat whenever your hungry, you are not allowed to use the restroom whenever you have to et cetera. In the first years of school, the indoctrinative way of teaching is mild, but progressively becomes worse and harsher in the following years. You are given books with answers to all of your questions about world in a ready made form, creative thinking is out of the question. A child naturally wants to work with his hands and go out exploring, instead he is told to sit still for hours on-end.
This is the beginning of the domestication of you as a human being.
