Here's the story of ANOTHER obese person who died recently. "Healthy and bubbly." No, obesity is an underlying condition. It's sad, and I'm not trying to hurt feelings, but it's true.

RIP to him. Very sad. But c'mon.

This is happening all over. Obesity is an underlying condition. Being fat will KILL you. Being fat will make a virus that shouldn't give you much trouble when you're young VERY difficult to beat.

SORRY. But it's the truth.

And before y'all call me mean, I used to be very overweight. I lost about 100lbs in a little over a year.

Count your calories. People make it sound super militant, but it's not. Calories in, calories out. Calculate what you need to maintain your weight, and cut a 500kcal deficit daily.

3500kcal = 1lb fat.
If you cut 500kcal a day, you will lose 1lb a week. It really is just math and a little bit of changing your diet. You can do it.

This article is fascinating. You can feel the writer’s vitriol towards conservatives and their want for public floggings.

But the premise is clear: there was no intention of an insurrection at all, before or on January 6th. There was no secret meetings plotting the overthrow of the US government… by civilians anyway.

What fascinates me is how CONFUSED the left is about this. The FBI, media, political pundits and elected officials, that branded this “an insurrection” with fevered excitement, are left scratching their heads.

They can not, or just will not, understand January 6th as the righteous indignation that it was. Millions of Americans felt abused by their government (much longer than covid or a dirty election) and what resulted that afternoon was an organic explosion of anger directed toward specific people inside of their specific building.

The left can’t possibly understand a spontaneous, real call to action. Because even when they try and pretend BLM riots or climate change activism (or whatever the fuck they’re on about this week) are purely altruistic, the amount of coordination is gross.
