One must, of course, look beyond the concept of gender in the last line, as it was actually addressed to Kipling’s son.

"We don’t want to change anybody. We want to stand in great moments of prayer and meditation and maintain our spiritual influence, because when we get hold of a certain vibration and frequency, we literally change the world—not through force, but through frequency.

This is because, while what appears real may seem hard and coarse, in Truth everything is frequency; everything is vibration. Therefore, it’s all malleable—ready to change according to the highest frequency that can be held over time.

This is why we pray affirmatively, why we meditate, and why we come together in spiritual community: not to beg or beseech the Divine Presence to give us anything, but to hold the frequency of celebrating the Divine Presence, to become increasingly aware that It gives of Itself totally and completely everywhere, and to make ourselves fully available to That which is eternally given.

As we open to what the Presence is already being, doing, and giving, we rise with greater readiness to anchor the realm of ever-expanding good on Earth."
