Quick update on the 10% cashback campaign

We’ve heard your concerns around the cashback rewards, and we understand the frustration.

The campaign ended on August 20th as communicated, and we want to assure everyone that transactions made within the campaign window will receive the 10% cashback.

If you saw 10% cashback on transactions made after the campaign ended, that was a UI issue and has now been fixed. Transactions made after the campaign period will earn cashback based on your current reward tier, as shown on the Explore Tiers page.

We appreciate your patience while we get the remaining eligible rewards sorted.

And a little heads-up for the community: something bigger is coming very soon. 👀💚

Your local currency now works in Solid 🌍

We’ve partnered with @getTransFi to make moving money between your local bank and Solid a whole lot easier.

Update on the 10% Cashback Campaign 💚

We’ve now processed all cashback from the 10% campaign. If you were eligible, please check your Savings wallet to confirm your cashback.

We also want to clear up some of the concerns we’ve seen. The delay and incorrect cashback amounts were caused by a technical bug and UI issue, it wasn’t a budget issue or a case of Solid not wanting to pay out rewards.

That issue has now been fixed, and all eligible cashback has been processed.

Thank you for bearing with us while we got this sorted. 💚

Quick update: the LZ bridge is currently stuck, which is affecting the processing of some transactions.

The team is investigating the issue and working to get the bridge processing normally again. If your transaction is currently pending, it may remain delayed until the bridge is back up.

We’ll keep everyone updated once it’s resolved.
