A couple of updates.
AMA and Public Sale Update:

First, thank you all for your patience and support. We’ve been working diligently, rebuilding a market place from scratch, finalized some details and believe we are just about ready to conduct our public sale on our market place at www.Solice.io The price will be disclosed soon prior to the dates given, as we weigh all options to deliver the best decision for the community, and ensure that buyers on the private sale are not penalized by the price. We realize this is very dynamic and there are people on all sides of the fence.

Public Sale time:
1:00 PM UTC Tuesday April 26th

Prior to that, We will be hosting a voice AMA here in discord. With CEO Christian, Lead architect Bob and our Candy Shop Developer. (Candy Shop is a tool suite that enables any project to launch their own NFT marketplace)

3:30 PM UTC Monday April 25th

I know you may have a lot of questions, get them ready as we will set up a way to ask them.
A questions channel will open up 24 hours prior to the AMA for questions so we can gather a list.
We will also be having another AMA via Twitter with Candy Shop after the public sale. Stay tuned for that date and time.

Marketplace Update:

We’ve been working around the clock, building a brand new marketplace from scratch that is up to date with the latest protocol changes in the Metaplex contract. Thanks to the amazing support and work from the LIQNFT team, we were able to deliver this marketplace in such a short time frame. We are one of the first projects that are being onboarded to the the next generation of marketplaces, called CandyShop.

As far as we can tell, we are one of the first private marketplaces that have successfully navigated through the bugs in the current Metaplex Storefront Marketplace implementation that was causing listings and auctions with a custom SPL token to fail and result in NFTs getting burned across the Solana ecosystem on many private marketplaces. All bugs have been addressed in CandyShop and we are currently in the final stage of testing.

In order to protect our marketplace and ensure operation, we have gone into a partnership with LIQNFT as we will be relying on CandyShop not only for serving the marketplace, but also for in-game marketplaces. For each sale that is conducted on the Solice marketplace, a 1% fee is charged (50% less than MagicEden)
-0.8% will go to LIQNFT to cover R&D costs.
-0.2% will go Solice to operate the marketplace.

The team behind CandyShop has a lot of experience building solutions on Solana, including metaplex and web3. We are looking forward to continue working with them and form a closer relationship.

Public land sale price:

After a lot of consideration, listening to your feedback from both sides, the price for the remaining 1x1 plots of land for round one of land sales, will stay at 400 SLC. Despite price fluctuates, we want to maintain true to the original price.
We’ll take care of the avatar holders who purchased presale, with future benefits. Because if we think vice versa, we would not decrease the SLC price if the token goes up. It should not be pegged to USD as we want to create and establish our own independent economy and currency.
We know this was a very dynamic situation with no easy answer. So we look forward to these land sales and pinning down some good benefits for the avatar holders.

We’ve been watching and value all of your opinions from various community made polls and discussions. We appreciate your input.
We will always strive for the community, and we appreciate your patience.

Here's a minor update on some of the things our dev team is working on and what you can expect to happen in the upcoming days.

✨Solice Marketplace✨

We will start on a V2 Marketplace that will have the following features:
✅ Search function
✅ Better buy/sell experience
✅ More sophisticated filters
✅ Integrated map (to search and buy/sell visually)
✅ Marketplace activity
✅ More marketplace stats

✨Map and Staking✨

1️⃣ We are starting on a web browser staking application that will allow users to stake their land for rewards. It will be completed over the coming two weeks starting next week.

2️⃣ In-game staking and asset trading capabilities are also being worked on as our roadmap targets.

3️⃣ Furthermore, we will expand the interactive map system and improve it. Currently, it's a beta. We want to make it mobile-friendly and integrate the buy and sell features.
