For users who do not want to wait for the IvendPay TGE date, there is now an option request a refund.
Once you request a refund, it can not be undone. It will take several days before you will receive your USDC back.
We recommend users to wait for the IVPAY distribution date, we are still working closely with their team and support their project. However, our community always goes first 💪 and we understand the frustration some community members have now that there is no clear TGE date yet, while an earlier date has been communicated before.
The refund will stay open until 5 hours before TGE date. (no TGE date = refund open). You can request the refund at the ‘Project Sale’ tab at the project page on solanium.io.
We will enable this option for future IDOs as well. It will always be possible to refund your contribution after the sale closes and up to 5 hours before the TGE.
