When you experience stress, your body releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which trigger your “fight or flight” response.

Our beliefs are formed in the first 7 years of our life and they are based entirely on the environment we were raised in, the examples we witnessed, and the things that were told directly to us. In the first 7 years of life - our subconscious is very programable. Many of the issues we struggle with come from childhood programs. Once we know that - we can begin to change them by forming new beliefs.
