An aesthetic minimal expense tracker helping you manage your budget along with expenses.

This is an app I build back in freshman year. I wanted to manage my finances at campus so I build this simple, aesthetic and minimal app.

Features:
β€’ Graphical Visualizer
β€’ Aesthetic and Modern Design
β€’ Track your expenses with icons, notes and dates
β€’ And much more tweaks and treats

It's built using flutter and now it's open source so you can improve and expand it and make it your own
β€’ github.com/dagmawibabi/OutOfPocket

Star it and I hope you enjoy it!✨

This project was built by dag and i really liked it and since i was currently looking to collab on open source flutter apps so i made some updates to the project. there was issue with the darkmode implementation so i made my first contribution by adding that to the beautiful well crafted app 😊

In flutter when you build apps use
flutter build apk --split-per-abi

And then check out the size of the v7 version for the best compression.

πŸ€– The developer of ChatGPT (OpenAI) is working on a new version of its core product – artificial intelligence.

The provisional name of this new model of machine thinking is Strawberry (also known as Q and GPT-5). Strawberry and its parameters are a highly classified project, the details and technical capabilities of which are not subject to disclosure. However, it is known that the model itself will offer a level of thinking that is currently inaccessible to humans.🀯

Reuters notes that the new generation of ChatGPT will be able to move from searching for answers in the general open information space to generating answers to complex questions autonomously, with deep research and the search for its own, meaningful answers. Currently, artificial intelligence, known for its public use capabilities, can fill in information, especially on questions that require creative solutions and imaginative thinking.

Reasons for unhappiness among programmers:

Low pay: While programming can be a well-paying field, salaries vary widely depending on the programming language, location, and experience level. Some languages like PHP pay significantly less than others.
Technical debt: This refers to the accumulation of suboptimal code that is difficult to maintain and update. It can lead to frustration and burnout among programmers.
Hustle culture: The pressure to constantly work long hours and meet unrealistic deadlines can contribute to stress and unhappiness.
Bureaucracy: Many companies have become so bogged down in bureaucracy that it is difficult to get anything done, leading to frustration and disillusionment among programmers.
Job insecurity: The recent wave of layoffs in the tech industry has created a sense of uncertainty and fear among programmers.
Unhealthy lifestyle: Spending long hours sitting at a computer can lead to physical and mental health problems.

Most devs make memes about how many projects they started and that they keep starting a new one before fully finishing the first, its including me but i was wondering why? the only answer i got was that almost building the apps 50-80 or even 90% is simple and the hardest part might be fine tuning the app which is like performance optimization and some works which might seem small but make a significant change to the app. so we build like 80% of the app and we are allready satisfied with the work that is done , most likely we are able to make the app work some how 😁. and we allready get the dopamine hit , which makes us less motivated to finish it. and get another big dopamine hit of thinking a new project idea lol
thats why its said that we need dicipline than motivation 😁.
