Been off the bike for a while Ramadan and life pulled me away, and I can feel the difference. Strength dropped, endurance isnβt where it used to beβ¦ but thatβs about to change.
Starting this week and for the next 2β3 weeks, Iβm locking in. Riding 70β150 km every week, eating clean, sleeping right, and staying disciplined no matter what.
My last record was 96+ km, and now Iβm aiming for 100β150 km in one ride, and in less time.
Yeah, it sounds crazy. Good. Thatβs exactly why Iβm doing it. π΄ββοΈ
