I have bad news. My previous channel was successfully hacked and deleted by unknown people.
I have good news. With the mental support, I have found the strength to start over.
I’d rather not go into the details of what happened, but it’s heartbreaking to lose all the effort and energy I have put into it until now.
Please, if you respect me, don’t advertise my channel…

Let’s explore the Flow Model — a simple yet powerful concept that explains the formula behind happiness. You are happy when you avoid both anxiety and boredom. Anxiety comes from the challenges you encounter, while boredom arises from the skills you have.
The key to happiness is balancing your challenges with your skills.
So, if the formula is this simple, why isn’t everyone happy? The answer is that while we have control over developing our skills, we can’t always control the challenges life throws at us. For instance, the challenges faced by the wealthy are totally different from those encountered by the poor.

The people you choose to surround yourself with matter deeply — they are the ones who shape your future alongside you.

The experience in DevFest
Every year, big corporations like Google and Yandex organize events in Uzbekistan. Their main goal is to raise global awareness about their company and, if possible, attract talented developers to join their teams or companies.
My first experience attending a GDG (Google Developers Groups) event, organized by Google, was in 2022. Participation is totally free, but you must submit a short description🖥 of yourself beforehand. After reviewing your application, they send you an invitation 📥 .
So, what are the benefits of attending such events? First and foremost, they are incredibly fun. Initially, I was drawn in by the free food. My friend, who invited me, said, "Let's go...at least we'll get to enjoy free plov and snacks!" That sounded appealing enough at that time. However, the event turned out to be much more than just eating a food. Unlike a typical concert or big show, the organizers usually rent a large venue and organize multiple activities within the main event.
For instance, one activity involved participants competing to test their knowledge about Google. Those who placed first, second, or third received small prices like cups, notebooks, fun stickers and pencils. Despite being a beginner at this field, I managed to win 6 to 10 prizes, which was a pleasent surprise.
That's not all, though... The event also offers excellent networking opportunities. You get to interact with fellow developers, exchange ideas, and share contacts. There is also an opportunity to get to know about the life in Google from the developers who work there.

That’s what I got from the event back in 2022. It was an incredibly pleasant experience 😅 because you have a chance to get so much stuff (in terms of both knowledge and assets) without any cost.
