People sometimes ask me, "Don't you get bored with your job?"

Well… Being a developer can feel hell boring at times, especially when spending days in isolation with no interaction. But the excitement kicks in when engaging events come around!

Sometimes, I do feel like I miss out things, but when it comes to events in my field, it's a completely different story. Just two days ago, I participated in a hackathon, where people from all over the country gathered to share their ideas and collaborate. It was an unforgettable experience! I met so many talented and passionate individuals, made new friends, and got a lot of new ideas from them)

But the best part? By the end of the day, after all the fun and teamwork, you will have a chance to feel worthy. We won the award for "Best Product of the Hackathon". Definitely a day to remember with my grandchildren in the future ))

By the way, even though it might seem like they’re old friends, 95% of the faces in the pictures are completely new to me 😅

One day, I will also sing this song myself with the same view. I’m mentioning it here because clarifying goals helps achieve them more quickly.

If I had the chance to change 1️⃣ thing in my country during Covid 19, the first thing I would do is ban all social media.

You may ask WHY?

During the COVID-19 pandemic, social media, especially TikTok, gained immense popularity. Many people become so addicted, spending hours consuming content without realizing its long-term effects. At first, I never thought this would impact our lives. Even whenever this topic came up in my IELTS classes, I confidently said, "It's okay if there are unintellegent people in society - because that just means we'll be the smartest ones with almost no competition".

But I was wrong.

I started to notice how this addiction was spreading, how more and more people around me—especially young children—were losing their ability just to think. They weren’t just spending time online; they were absorbing PROPAGANDA, losing touch with reality, and becoming incapable of reasoning for themselves. And the worst part? Their numbers were growing every day.

Now I realize that this isn't just an isolated issue - it's shaping future of an entire generation. And if things continue like this, I fear we will live in a society where:
- broken families become the norm
- workplaces become toxic and unproductive
- creativity dies
- dumb "insta blogers" spread their propaganda to our kids ( although i don't have one yet )

That’s why I hope to leave this country before I become surrounded by people who no longer think for themselves. If you live outside the capital, you might not fully understand what I mean. And it's not the topic which can be expressed with several words - if u can, try to avoid instagram, tiktok, etc... Instead go outside and relax with your pals if u just don't want to study.

It's not just my opinion. I had witnessed many cases. And yeterday, I had one more conversation with a multimillionaire whose truly big business has also started suffering because of these propaganded people - whom he referred to as "sheep".

It would be long story if i continue this...

Once a student asked from his teacher: “Ustoz nimaga hayot bunchalar qiyin…”

His teacher: “In english, please…”

POV: It can be understood only by those who studied IELTS once 😅

Do you need some motivation?

The only way to do great work is to love what you do…

Some people believe that it is not possible to love the job unless you are the owner. But you should not underestimate the hard work involved in running a business. Being your own boss is not as easy as you might think, since nobody tells you what to do and how much you should do. Plus, in the end of the day you need money to survive.

So be clear about your motivations. If you really want to start your own business, developing your idea in your spare time is a good way to start. Because, you know that even if you will fail, you wouldn’t regret. Otherwise, it is OK to work with others towards a common cause, because sense of belonging only comes from this.

P.s.: I will attach both pros and cons of running a business. If you are interested in, you can read.

Sometimes we even think that we should do this just because we are better than our competitors.

However, you should understand that quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the customer gets out of it.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Lately, I have noticed that all I write about is social problems - so much so that even my dreams are starting to feel like debates 😂.

Time for a change! For the next few days, I’m shifting the focus to business. Hope you won’t mind! But if it’s not your thing, feel free to mute and archive this channel ))

USPs

In a crowded marketplace, your business needs to stand out amongst rivals in order to attract customers and clients. You should have your unique selling points (USPs) - such as higher quality, superior customer service, affordable price - to make sure that customers perceive their value.

But these all are just possibilities that can stand your business out. But you should beware of making price your USP, because low prices are often interpreted as low quality, and since you can be undercut by your rivals at any moment, you will not attract a loyal customer base.

Back in 1950, Dr. Kurt Richter did an experiment with rats. He placed them in a container of water to see how long they could keep swimming before giving up. On average, they started to drown after about 15 minutes. But just before they gave up, he pulled them out and let them rest. Later, he put the same rats back into the water - and this time, they kept swimming for over 60 hours.

Well, it shows that support is a real game changer in this life. But why I started with this experiment?

In business too, I’ve come across many stories across the book where things worked out better only for those who had some form of support early on - whether it was backing from their family or a steady income from another job.

So, hope isn’t just a feeling — it’s fuel. With even a little support, we can go much farther than we ever imagined.
