Air doesn’t naturally know how to swim in deep waters (but it creates champagne once it meets it!)
Fire is generally really not at ease with water, although fire + water create new earth…
Earth and Water are a vibe but may be outsourcing it externally.

And Water… well, water needs to learn to shine in its actual GIFT of the oceanic heart and gushing pleasure we all came here for! And hold her boundaries like a rockstar too (we sort this out in Inner Man cycle which is available in Sanctuary too).

For me, it took real work to stop thinking my way around my emotions and start actually moving through them.

Turns out the water was never trying to drown me. It was trying to teach me something thinking never could.

I am really grateful with all my heart for the work we are doing here together.

Since I joined Sanctuary with the inner man circle, I really feel all another level of depth and connection with my soul. And I am witnessing so many shifts also in my external reality, in the way I am with the man I'm dating, in the way I am in my work as a psychotherapist and in the way I am with myself.

This really feels like coming back home, after a few years of pushing myself too hard and focusing too much on building external stability, in the way I was taught I should do as a grown up woman.

Now, and especially after this cycle, I can deeply feel that my stability is within me, in the way I hold myself through life and in the way I inhabit the temple of my body.
And this opens me to such a wide freedom about how I can be and move in the world!

The most amazing thing for me is that back in 2021, before this period of building my external stability, I was in a very feminine energy, full of aliveness and desires, but also young and with the energy in all places.

And in those times there, even if I didn't join any paid program, I was following your teachings, Sofia, and you were very present for me and a great source of inspiration.

And this makes me feel even more that I'm coming back home in this period of my life.
