I did this as a sophisticated exercise in drawing anatomy and details cause I really forgot almost all of it. It’s a very complex subject but critical for drawing normal looking people in imaginary situations…should I draw women next maybe? I mostly draw men and it’s gonna be a challenge for me 🫠

Super late night update: decided to throw in some flat colours, now it looks not as boring I think. Maybe will render later to a finished look 👁👄👁

Also i moved the right guy's eye, sometimes it is possible to see mistakes later in the process, because your eyes get used to seeing same thing for hours and become blind to mistakes

Of course it comes down to flaws in my knowledge and experience, otherwise I would not have made this mistake in the first place, but better now then never I guess 🫠

Trying to return the habit of drawing occasionally when I have a couple of free minutes. I used to draw much more during my early years at university, I would even do that at classes. I have a lot of interesting sketches from that time period❤️‍🩹

I learned a new shading technique called "cel-shading". The shade edges are sharp here and not blended smoothly. Mostly is used in anime-like styles✨

Continuing to study anatomy.
I found an amazing course on Youtube and the assignment after the lecture was to draw a stylized human figure from memory without references. It was not easy but I am surprised I remembered so much. I want to make anatomy a key feature in my works because it clearly defines you as a pro 🤓

Hiiii today I worked on a human figure studies too. The movement of the body is described by relation of the 3 main masses: head, ribcage and pelvis, and this exercise is aimed to strengthen the understanding of this 👀
