Our landlord has been doing some renovations, they are ongoing
They replaced the bathroom cupboard and the shower's head and taps
All we needed there was them to fix the sink, but nooo, we gotta get new stuff that doesn't match! I've had a shower in the new shower and it just isn't the same, it's weird after it not changing for years
This is just a reminder that my comforts will be torn from beneath me
They also put in brighter lights in the kitchen and dining room, and they're really overpowering
Also painted two doors for some reason
Have plans to paint the ceiling, put shutter blinds or something outside my window, replace basically the entire kitchen, etc.
They're basically here every other day doing something
Also, My brother is going through the process of becoming a sister (has asked that we use she/her pronouns, is filling out name change forms I think, no idea about hrt or surgery)
Cats are being a pain recently, mine just in general being very affectionate and needy? And my sister's might be sick or something, throwing up and bathrooming in non-bathroom places
Mum's thinking about holidays for her scheduled time off later this year, but by then it might be lockdown 2: electric boogaloo
Tasks constantly loom over me, like I gotta organise an appointment with the therapist again but like, I dunno if that was working out
Have to yell at employment agency because they haven't gotten back to me
Have to get my own Medicare card
Have to worry about going to Tafe or something next year, which my grandfather has promised to pay for (big stressy)

But unironically this is so good
It feels really well made, and like the original songs come through but also they have their own personality, y'know? The only one I take issue with is Creep, and maybe that's because the original holds a special place in my heart. Also, it's introduced me to some new stuff, which seems like okay music, so that's rad.
