90% Approval Rate: Why the C60 pathway may offer a significantly higher chance of success than traditional entrepreneur work permits.

Choosing the right pathway to build your business in Canada isn't just about getting a work permit—it's about securing long-term stability, permanent residence, and opportunity for your family.

Many entrepreneurs know the C11 Entrepreneur Work Permit, but the C60 pathway is increasingly becoming the strategic choice for those focused on permanent residence, structured progress, and predictable outcomes.

Here's the key difference:

‣ C60 is designed with permanent residence in mind—clear milestones, provincial support, and a defined path to PR within roughly 18–24 months.

‣ C11 offers faster entry and flexibility upfront, but permanent residence must be pursued later through a separate program, creating more uncertainty over time.

‣ Both options allow you to operate a business in Canada.

The real question is: Are you optimizing for speed—or certainty?

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 — 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬 🚨

On February 18, 2026, Immigration Minister Lena Metlege Diab announced a brand new Express Entry category exclusively for senior managers with Canadian work experience — and it changes everything for experienced executives.

If you're a CEO, CFO, COO, VP, or director working in Canada under NOC Major Group 00, you may now qualify for a dedicated permanent residence pathway — even with a lower CRS score.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? Until today, senior managers had to compete in general Express Entry pools against much younger candidates racking up age points. That game was nearly impossible to win in your 40s or 50s. That era is over.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁:

✅ Minimum 12 months of Canadian work experience in the past 3 years
✅ Must qualify for at least one Express Entry program (FSWP, CEC, or FSTP)
✅ Role must fall under NOC 00012, 00013, 00014, or 00015
✅ Category draws are expected to carry lower CRS cut-offs than general rounds

𝗕𝘂𝘁 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗶𝗻. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹. 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗡𝗢𝗖 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 — 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

This is not a "figure it out later" situation. The candidates who are ready when the first draw drops will be the ones who get invited.

📌 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝘂𝘇𝗮 𝗗𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 — 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗘𝗖𝗔𝘀, 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Canada's immigration landscape is shifting faster than ever. The window is open — but navigating it alone is a risk you don't need to take.

CALLING ALL CEOs, CFOs, COOs & VPs working in Canada on a C-11 or intra-company permit.

Canada just built a PR pathway designed specifically for you.

On February 18, IRCC announced a dedicated Express Entry category for senior managers with Canadian work experience. If you're already here in an executive role, you may already meet the bar.

Here's what changed:
→ You no longer compete against the entire Express Entry pool
→ Category draws historically cut off LOWER than general rounds
→ 12 months of Canadian experience in a NOC 00 role = you could be eligible right now

Your age has always hurt your CRS score. That's not gone — but it matters far less when you're only ranked against other senior executives.

The first draw hasn't happened yet. That means your window to get into the pool before invitations go out is right now.

Don't let the first round pass you by because you weren't ready.

Canada just created a dedicated Express Entry category for Senior Managers with Canadian work experience.

🔥 For the first time, executives in NOC Major Group 00 roles — CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors — will compete in their own draw, not against the entire Express Entry pool.

If you've been told your CRS score isn't high enough, that calculation may have just changed.

The first Express Entry draw of 2026 had a CRS cut-off of just 169. That's not a typo.

Category-based draws are unlocking PR for candidates who'd never clear a general round — and Canada just confirmed 10 priority categories for 2026.

Healthcare. Education. Trades. Transport. STEM. Physicians. Researchers. Senior Managers. Military. French speakers.
