We will perform an emergency reboot of all nodes over the next few hours due to a kernel security vulnerability. Each node will be rebooted, and all virtual machines (VMs) will be started again immediately afterward.

For everyone asking:
https://github.com/V4bel/Januscape
https://thehackernews.com/2026/07/16-year-old-linux-kvm-flaw-lets-guest.html
This is due to Januscape (CVE-2026-53359), a 16-year-old use-after-free vulnerability in Linux KVM that can allow a guest VM to escape to the host under certain conditions. While the public PoC currently demonstrates a host crash (DoS), a full guest-to-host escape has been reported to exist. The issue has been fixed in recent kernel releases, which is why we're rebooting all nodes to apply the updated kernel.
Not too bad for a 16-year-old bug π

We are happy to announce that the issue has been resolved!
We are now beginning to respond to all messages and tickets. We have credited each VPS with 5 days of service time.
Please note that some routes may still be pending and will be automatically assigned in the next few hours.
If you need assistance, please feel free to resend your messages this time :) Thanks for your trust in our services β€οΈβοΈ

Another update: More routes have been added, and the global ping has improved. By around 2 a.m. UTC, everything will be running as usual on the network.
Next, all VPS nodes will be restarted one after another to apply the network changes:
For VPS customers, if DHCP isnβt working for you for any reason, Iβve set up a new web-based VNC browser that you can use to reset your password and modify the network configuration files (depending on your operating system).
For Dedicated customers, itβs a bit more complex. Please send me a message with your hostname and user ID. Iβll then guide you through how to change the IP address and claim your 5-day free credit.
