It has happened again for the third time, the fuse in our rack appears to have tripped. The first incident occurred about two weeks ago, the second on Friday, and now it has happened once more.

The exact cause is still unclear, it could be a short circuit from a faulty PDU, a defective PSU in one of the servers, or an issue related to the power load. The rack currently hosts only 20 servers, and switching one of them to a different PDU after the last incident did not resolve the issue.
