there's 45mins of chill in the morning (after shower and taking my dog out) with coffee and a joint, and then 45mins deep work with no distractions, 15min rest (rest as in I will probably do dishes or other some home things,maybe reply to messages or emails, walk my dog def), then 45mins deep work, 15min break & continue that cycle for few hours then 45 mins is reserved for reading, 10 minutes meditation, maybe at this point I will smoke again to reward myself for not being a lazy bitch,walk my dog again third time, make my bed, put a face cream on and watch a documentary or a movie.
How I manage my time has a lot to do with how I feel. I will definitely kill myself with guilt if I stay in bed all day, or just do nothing but smoke weed. So I'd rather smoke+work, or smoke+walk
