Title of Position: Market Intelligence Intern
Internship Period: Jan - Jun 23 (6 months; LOA required)

Key Responsibilities
♦️ Evaluate and maintain the current Power BI dashboards used by the Market Intelligence to analyze market trends
♦️ Develop new power BI dashboards checking the data sources, propose visualization, provide maintenance support and make/ propose changes to improve teams’ analytical performances and insight generation through data visualization
♦️ Support the team with view on macroeconomic and industry indicators to illustrate the power BI dashboards
♦️ Propose new ways to visualize and share the analysis within Vale by creating smart analytical designs or by bringing tools outside the current team toolkit for this task
♦️ Support the development of dashboards that take into account variables that impact iron ore market in the short and long-term and propose new ways to visualize and share the analysis within Vale by creating smart analytical designs or by bringing tools outside the current team’s toolkit for this task

Education, Experience and Skills
✅ Good Knowledge in Power BI and data visualisation, database management and in statistics and macreconomics
✅ Related courses: database management, statistical modeling, data visualization, economics
