Hey everyone, we have some exciting news! In the latest update of Smart Timetable for both Android and iOS, we've removed all limits on the number of timetables you can create!

This means you can now create as many timetables as you need, absolutely free of charge.

This means you can:

- Keep timetables for school, work, extracurricular activities, sports, and anything else you can think of.
- Create separate timetables for different semesters, courses, or projects.0
- Share your timetables with friends, family, or colleagues.

The update is available on iOS. For Android, the update will be released soon.

Live Activities: how it works
Hi everyone! πŸ™‚

We've been getting an unexpectedly high number of questions in support lately about why the Live Activities widget doesn't switch to the next event.

Live Activities is not a regular widget. It works a little differently than other widgets on your phone.

For Live Activity to work, you need to:

- Be in the Smart Timetable app.
- At the same time, an event from your schedule must be taking place, i.e. the event must be "Live".

This is why the widget is called "Live Activities" - it shows you information about what's happening right now.

For the same reason, the widget cannot automatically switch to the next event.
That's why the timer with expired time stays on the lock screen. So you can easily tap on it to open the app and start a new Live Activity for the next event on your schedule.

❗️❗️❗️After the release of the update, in some cases user data is missing. We want to reassure you, they are not deleted, they are still on your device, just not visible.

To make your data visible again, please follow the steps below:
- Do not uninstall the application!!!
- Install TestFlight from this link, it is Apple's official testing app.
- In the opened window the test version of the application version 9.6 will open, install it. After that, all your data will be visible again
- After that, save the schedule as a code by going to Settings - Send Schedule - As Code.
- Uninstall the test version
- Install the AppStore version and you can paste the code directly on the onboarding and everything should be fine.

We're really sorry for any trouble this may have caused you.

Unfortunately, our Android app was removed from Google Play, and we can no longer restore it. However, we are taking the next step: we plan to re-add the app to Google Play. Due to new Google Play rules, before release, the app must go through a testing phase. A minimum of 20 users must test the app over two weeks.

We are asking for your help! To join the testing, please follow the link to the Google Form and provide your email associated with your Google account. After that, we will add you to the Google Console and send an email with a download link for the app.

The app you will download is completely identical to the one that was previously available in Google Play. Nothing has changed in the app. The only difference is that, for the system, this will be considered a new app, and you will need to transfer your data from the old app to the new one. This can be easily done using the "Share via code" feature, which will quickly transfer all your schedules to the new app.

Testing means simply using the app as you did before. We understand that this process may cause some inconvenience, so as a token of our appreciation, we will gift all testers a code for lifetime access to all the app's premium features!

We've noticed some users have questions about their schedule display, and we want to clarify things! 🧐

Recently, you may have experienced a situation where your schedule stopped showing after a certain date. Why did this happen? πŸ€”

Some time ago, we added the concepts of "start date" and "end date" to each event in the application. This allowed us to make schedule customization much more flexible and precise. For new users, everything was simple: they immediately saw these fields when creating a schedule.

But what about those who were already using the app? πŸ€” We didn't want to force you to manually reconfigure each event, that would be very inconvenient! 😫 Therefore, we automatically set an end date for all old events - six months ahead. We hoped that during this time, most users would add new events and see the new fields.

Unfortunately, as it turned out, some of you did not make changes to the schedule, and the end date automatically set by us has passed. πŸ˜”

That is why your schedule may have stopped showing. But don't worry, it's easy to fix! 😊

How to fix it?
- Open the "Schedule" section on the main screen.
- Select the desired event and click "Edit."
- Tap the "Day" field (or "Interval/Date," depending on the event).

At the top of the window that opens, you will see "Start Date" and "End Date." Check the end date and, if necessary, change it to a later date.

A faster way? πŸ‘
- You can use periods!
- On the event editing screen, tap the "Manage Periods" field.
- Click "+", to create a new period.

Specify the desired period and apply it to all events in your schedule.

Voila! ✨ Your schedule is working again!
