A lot has changed (and improved) after August 2024, which is good. In that regard, here's a translation of a recent post I made, because it turned out to be pretty good imho:
"This report is limited to content generated in Australia. Still, it offers interesting insights into the internal administration. The insistence on maintaining opacity is necessary to stay ahead of criminals. And indeed, effectiveness rates and response times have increased considerably since Durov's arrest. The message is clear: The privacy offered by Telegram is for those who risk their lives, careers, or livelihoods by sharing information that others do not wish to be made public. It is not for terrorists, criminals, and other scourge who believe they can abuse the system of trust without risking consequences. It's these scum who must live in a permanent state of terror."
