I recently played the Unreal Engine 5 technical demo (or "experience", as marketing wants to promote it) of The Matrix Awakens, via Parsec. And all I can say is "Holy crap, is this actual current gen, right now? The future of video games is shining bright!" And don't worry, if you can't play it, you can watch this video in glorious 4K.

Breaking a series of records (most voters, most votes for a candidate, youngest president), Hope has finally won, in an historic day that has evoked several similarities with the election of Patricio Aylwin. Today is a night of celebration, but tomorrow the hard work will begin to rebuild a country fractured by polarization. The challenges are many and the threats various, but if we strive to leave differences behind and aim for a common goal, we will be able to defeat inequalities, regain peace, protect the environment and finally unite.

I totally missed the fact that Salamone and Lindroth released a follow-up soundtrack for Hylics 2, that expands in every character in a more constructed (but still experimental) way. They even did a listening party livestream where they expanded a lot on the lore, and gave hints of whatever may come in the future. Listening to this 20-minute album, you can clearly pinpoint the inspiration from where they composed the original soundtrack, with even some subtle nods here and there. I highly recommend that you have a listen, regardless of whether you know the game or not.

Posy is one of those rare YouTube channels whose sole purpose is to create pure, unadulterated content. All of his videos are composed of elements created and captured by himself, who also takes care of all its other aspects: editing, music, effects, script, etc. The topics he covers are diverse and unrelated, he just wants to share what he has on his mind and finds interesting. For example, the seemingly common green flash.
