I think it's time I get around to migrating my artisanal static HTML & CSS over to hugo

Got the bulk of it done already, though the index page layout still retains the old HTML instead of being automatically generated by the config file.

I will need to work on generating the art gallery, though the implementation and structure still needs to be sussed out.
