According to the current survey data in the group, we found out that our group (channel comments) needs separate group for conversations outside the main topic. In our case, the main topic is mods, questions and answers about mods.
When newcomers join in and ask for something, their messages may go unnoticed due to some discussions, drama that often happens here, and the newcomers do not receive help.
