I try not to tell women "you're so strong" when it's obvious that they are, bc no woman wants to be strong. It's not a compliment. It's not a choice. She has no other option than to be strong. What women want & deserve is a soft life, not to be forced to be strong all the time

always check your own attitude too. it's not always the world around you, sometimes you are the toxic person. understand that you make mistakes and can hurt people. understand that there are things you need to work on. apologise, unlearn, and relearn, that’s growth
