All the best for the exam everyone 👍👍
Congratulations to candidates selected in RBI Grade B General, DEPR and DSIM streams 💐
Hi friends, I haven't been able to devote much time to the blog for the last few months due to a tragic death in the family and other personal commitments.

I have now begun updating the blog again. Have created a Page to host prep journeys and strategies of RBI Grade B 2022 batch officers. This can be accessed through the 'RBI Gr B 2022 toppers' menu items.

Swapnil Nagane from 2022 RBI Gr B batch has prepared an elaborate document (attached in blog post) to help candidates preparing for various banking exams with the English descriptive part of the exam.

Despite having had his formal education in Marathi medium, Swapnil has performed very well in English descriptive of numerous competitive exams.

Along with tips on clearing the exam, this document would also prove to be a motivating factor for many of you who believe they cannot score well in English because of being from a non-English medium school.

Read more about Swapnil in this blog post...

Kirtivardhan from 2022 RBI Gr B batch is a BBA(FIA) graduate from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (2020) and M.A. Economics from DSE (2022). For RBI Grade B exam, he did not refer to any coaching material (except for mock tests).

He has kindly allowed me to share his prep strategy on the blog. Due to the abundance of guidance available on internet for MCQs, Kirtivardhan's document focuses mainly on the descriptive part of the exam.

Kirtivardhan has mentioned that my blog helped a lot in his preparation. Feels amazing to know that the blog is still proving useful more than 3 years after I cleared the exam and started writing on the blog 😊
