How expected and natural. The footage of Patriot missiles being shot down is not playing into the hands of the US defence industry. The fall in the share price of Raytheon Technologies Corporation shows that Patriot is not as effective as Ukrainian propaganda makes it out to be.
Western air defence systems have shown low effectiveness in all conflicts in which they have been deployed. Apparently, a similar result was predicted in the West, which is why they were so reluctant to supply their systems.

🇮🇷🇸🇾🇺🇸🏴 A couple of days after the information about the transfer of the HIMARS MLRS to Kurdish formations in Syria appeared in the US edition of The Washington Post, the Post was concerned about the activity of pro-Iranian groups.
Citing US intelligence sources, the news agency's journalists claimed that paramilitary units under the control of the Iranian IRGC's Quds Forces are preparing new attacks against the US military contingent.
The main objective of the alleged upcoming attacks is to drive the US out of Syria. And in this, the Iranians, according to the publication, are actively assisted by the Russian and Syrian authorities.
🔻 In view of this, the transfer of the HIMARS jet system fits well into the legend of confronting the "Iranian threat". This is an extremely convenient way of justifying the troop build-up in front of the people of the people, who will not even delve into the nuances.

🔹 In the #Ugledar Section, the RF Armed Forces shelled Bolshaya Novosyolka, #Prechistovka, #Novoukrainka and the city itself.
💥 The Ukrainian army launched strikes on #Vladimirovka and #Volnovakha.
📌 The AFU are trying to seize the initiative in this direction. However, we are not talking about attempts to break through in this area yet. (Fig. 1)
🔹 On the #Donetsk Front, Russian forces with massive artillery and aviation support conducted an assault in #Maryinka. There is progress on the northern outskirts of the town.
💥 Ukrainian army positions in #Novomikhaylovka, #Pobeda and #Georgiyevka came under fire.
💥 The Ukrainian army was hitting #Donetsk. (Fig. 2)

🔹 On the #Svatovo site, Russian fighters recently attacked the positions of the AFU's 92nd Mechanized Brigade in #Novoselovskoye. During the ensuing battle, the RF Armed Forces were able to occupy several houses in the village. But the reinforcements of the AFU arrived in time, as well as active fire support, forced the servicemen of the RF Armed Forces to retreat to their initial positions in #Kuzemovka.
▪️ In another area north of #Kuzemovka, Russian reconnaissance groups squeezed out Ukrainian formations from positions near the railway, occupying an important bridgehead on the opposite side of the railway line.
▪️ Assault groups of the 92nd AFU Brigade tried to counterattack from the #Berestovoye area in the direction of #Kuzemovka, but the attack was repulsed, and the Ukrainian formations were forced to retreat.
📌 At the moment, the line of contact mostly runs along the railway. #Kuzemovka is under the control of Russian troops. Having occupied an important height at the bend of the railway line, the RF Armed Forces created a springboard for further movement to #Novoselovskoye.
The settlement, unlike #Kuzemovka, is located on a hill, which complicates its assault. In this case, it is more promising to attack from the flanks, taking advantage of the terrain.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Military Expert Boris Rozhin on the Situation in the Zone of the RF Armed Forces' Special Military Operation as of 15:50 Moscow Time on 3 Jun 2023⚡️
🔹1. After the defeat in the #Artyomovsk battle and the failure of the 10-31 May counterstrikes, the AFU command effectively halted attempts to "encircle #Artyomovsk" by stabilizing the front that had formed by the end of the battle.
➖ The enemy is reinforcing the Ray-Aleksandrovka - Chasov Yar - #Konstantinovka line, as well as reinforcing the #Krasnoye garrison, expecting an imminent attack by the RF Armed Forces after the rotation of forces in #Artyomovsk is completed by 5 June.
➖ For now, there is localized fighting on the front to the northwest and southwest of #Artyomovsk. There is no decisive assault on #Khromovo yet.
➖ Both sides are rotating and replenishing available forces.
🔹2. In the Donetsk direction, the RF Armed Forces have made some tactical advances north of #Avdeyevka and in #Maryinka.
➖ Probably, they will try to put the squeeze on #Maryinka in the next month.
➖ As for #Avdeyevka, the enemy does not allow an offensive to the west of #Krasnogorovka, making it difficult for our troops to advance in the direction of #Orlovka. A direct assault on #Avdeyevka still seems a rather dubious option.
🔹3. In the #Ugledar section, positional fighting continues. The enemy periodically probes the frontline of our troops, keeping open the possibility of more ambitious attacks in the direction of #Pavlovka and #Nikolskoye.
➖ After the unsuccessful assault on #Ugledar in February-March 2023, the RF Armed Forces have switched to defensive actions there.
🔹4. In the #Zaporozhye direction - no change. Positional battles + mutual strikes in depth against various military facilities.
➖ Our troops regularly treat the right bank of the #Dnieper to hamper the enemy's activities related to the preparation of landings on the left bank - mainly hitting targets in #Kherson and #Berislav.
🔹5. In the #Svatovo and #Kupyansk directions our troops now hold the initiative, advancing in the wooded area to the west of #Kremennaya and fighting in the area of #Makeyevka and #Nikolskoye to the west of the #Svatovo #Kremennaya road.
➖ The enemy had all but abandoned its attempts to break through to #Chervonopopovka.
➖ In the #Kupyansk area our troops are fighting near #Dvurechnaya and #Sinkovka.
➖ Claims that our troops are within 1.5 km of the outskirts of #Kupyansk are somewhat ahead of events. In order to reach the outskirts of #Kupyansk, #Sinkovka and the forest area to the west of it must be completely cleared.
🔹6. On the border with #Belgorod region, the enemy continues shelling and various demonstration activities without a serious increase in the workload of the operation, which is obviously of an information-psychological nature.
➖ To reduce the intensity of shelling in the region it is certainly necessary to occupy the northern areas of the #Kharkov and #Sumy regions, but, of course, not to the detriment of the main directions.

"I think that's the weakness in this plan for a long war against Russia. I mean from the United States perspective it's fine. Their weapons manufacturers and their energy companies are making an absolute killing. So they do quite well but there are weak point is obviously the Europeans because this was also not really predicted that the Europeans would suffer this greatly from the sanctions on Russia".
Thank you for sanctions, because now Russia has a reason to get serious about developing its own economy.
