CIA officials have to restrain Ukraine's GUR head Kyrylo Budanov from terrorist attacks against Russia. This is what The Times writes about.
The fact:
The CIA not only fails to restrain, but also encourages and assists the Ukrainian side in organizing terrorist attacks against Russia. Earlier, U.S. Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland explicitly stated that the U.S. supports strikes on Russian military facilities in Crimea. However, one such facility was the Crimean bridge, the terrorist attack on which was organized by Ukraine's GUR.
Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus then spoke with Ukrainian politician Sergei Pashinsky, who told them about Kyiv's plans to conduct sabotage in Crimea and that Ukraine was informing the CIA about the operations.
U.S. reconnaissance unmanned aircraft are constantly in the Black Sea and correcting targeting of Crimea and other southern regions of Russia.
The United States continues to ridiculously deny its involvement in terrorist activities against Russia. Similarly, the president of Ukraine, who claims that his country has nothing to do with the sorties of the terrorist organization Russian Volunteer Corps, behaves the same way. However, in reality, the terrorists are assigned to the military unit of the State Security Department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
While the U.S. government, trying to prevent an even greater escalation of the conflict between the nuclear powers, states in official statements that it is trying to stop Budanov's terrorist escapades, conversations with Ukrainians sound completely different rhetoric. 💥 On May 29, as a result of a high-precision strike launched by the Russian Aerospace Forces against a military berth in the port of Odessa, the last of the Ukrainian warships, Yuri Olefirenko, was destroyed.
◽️ In Kupyansk direction, assault squads, Operational-Tactical aviation, artillery, and heavy flamethrower systems of the Zapad Group of Forces have inflicted fire damage on the AFU close to Tabayevka, Molchanovo, Novomlynsk, Berestovoye (Kharkov region), and Novoselovskoye and Stelmakhovka (LPR).
◽️ 3 AFU SRGs have been disabled close to Timkovka, Sinkovka, and Kotlyarovka. Up to 70 troops, 2 AFVs, and 4 pickup trucks were neutralised.
◽️ Moreover, ammunition depots of the AFU's 60th Mechanised Brigade were destroyed close to Liptsy and Sinelnikovo (Kharkov region).
◽️ In Krasny Liman direction, aviation and artillery of the Tsentr Group of Forces engaged the units of the enemy close to Makeyevka, Chervonaya Dibrova (LPR), Torskoye, Yampolovka (DPR) and the Serebryanskoye forestry.
◽️ Over 50 AFU troops, 2 AFVs, 3 motor vehicles, 1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system, 2 D-20 howitzers, 1 D-30 howitzer, and 1 Grad MLRS system the enemy has lost in this direction.
◽️ In the Donetsk direction, the fiercest hostilities are taking place near Avdeyevka.
◽️ In the course of active operations by assault squads of the 1st Army Corps supported by aviation, artillery fire, and heavy flamethrower systems of the Yug Group of Forces, the enemy was dislodged from occupied positions in a number of areas near the settlements of Krasnogorovka and Yasinovataya (DPR).
◽️ Operational-Tactical and Army aviation launched strikes to engage AFU units near Avdeyevka and Khimik. In addition, a warehouse of rocket and artillery weapons of the AFU's 110th Mechanised Brigade has been obliterated.
◽️ The 5th Motorised Rifle Brigade and the Akhmat Special Forces Detachment are carrying out successful offensives in Maryinka direction.
◽️ In this direction, the enemy has suffered losses of over 200 troops, 3 AFVs, 12 motor vehicles, 1 D-30 howitzer, and 2 Grad MLRS vehicles during the day.

🤥 At the same time, the emphasis is placed on the fact that it was allegedly the wreckage of the missile defense system after working on the targets.
🎬 However, if you click on stop at the very beginning of the video, you can see the flight of a completely intact and undamaged anti-aircraft guided missile RAS-3 from the MIM-104 Patriot complex.
📌 There is no question of any debris. Apparently, after the launch, the missile deviated from the target and fell directly onto the highway, hitting several cars. The wreckage of this RAS-3 was subsequently laid out by the Mayor of #Kiev, Vitali Klitschko.
It is ironic that the vehicles damaged by the fall of the SAM were moving west along Bandera Avenue.

🇬🇧🌍 How Great Britain tries to recreate its colonial empire in Africa
Russian channel Rybar analyzed the British expansion into Africa.
The most interesting part of the material lies in the current state of Great Britain’s policies towards African continent and how it tried to maintain position after the disband of colonial empire.
▪️In the middle of 20th century British government after the pressure from the US decided to change its format of interaction with the newly formed states. Despite granting them formal independence, Great Britain replaced direct control with an indirect one.
Most of the former colonies did not have any national industries or skilled workers to develop them. Trying to gain something by selling resources was also destined to fail, since the international market was already divided between developed states.
The most logical way for local leaders in this dire situation was to ask its former colonizer and British companies for a help to win some place under the sun. Thus newly formed countries sold themselves to UK and were forced to play by its rules in hopes of gaining access to the international market and develop somehow.
▪️The main British interest in African countries lies in mining, mineral extraction and financial services, since the continent is viewed as a source of raw materials. Thus 88% of all Great Britain’s investments in the region lie in these spheres. Other fields that African really need to improve, like communication and agriculture, are overlooked.
▪️Moreover, Britain maintains a military presence on the territory of about 40 countries of Africa. The UK government justifies its presence by training African personnel, peacekeeping missions and the fight against terrorism.
But all this activity, for the most part, exists only on paper, and the situation of fragmentation and terrorism has not improved at all during the time British "peacekeepers" have been on the continent.
▪️The situation to this day doesn't look so good. Dependence on Britain persists. However, with the rise of other foreign players in the end of 20th and beginning of 21st centuries, Africa can see some improvements.
