🔹All day Yesterday, artillerymen of the Brigade Artillery Group (BrAG) of the AFU's 72nd Mechanized Brigade conducted a massive shelling of the Russian positions near #Pavlovka and #Nikolskoye.

▪️ After processing the Russian strongholds, two assault groups of the AFU's 72nd Mechanized Brigade attacked the Russian positions near #Nikolskoye in the area of the forest belt to the northeast and northwest of the village.
➖ The AFU attempted to push the RF Armed Forces back from their forward strongholds. The Russian fighters successfully repulsed the attack, while units of the 72nd AFU Brigade withdrew to their initial lines without advancing further.

📌 At the Moment, Ukrainian forces are focused on probing and assessing the defensive capabilities of the RF Armed Forces at the #Pavlovka - #Nikolskoye line. Such attacks will continue in the future.

The AFU continued to reinforce its troop grouping following combat reconnaissance in the #Pologi district. The defence units have suspended leave and medical facilities have imposed restrictions on treatment.

🔹 Additional Units of the 4th Battalion of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade have been deployed under #Shcherbaki to the west of #Orekhov. A brigade artillery group and an anti-tank division of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade have been deployed to #Grigorovka.

▪️ North of #Zaporozhye, the Bayraktar UAV operates from the #Dolgintsevo Airfield. According to some reports, the AFU still use the Iranian-made Kaman-22 drone, purchased by #Taiwan through a shell company, for reconnaissance.

▪️ Judging by the interception of conversations of the members of 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, one of the strikes by the RF Armed Forces hit a personnel station in #Stepnogorsk, as well as the territory of the 1st Regiment for Protection of Particularly Important Objects in #Dnepropetrovsk.

▪️ Additional S-300 air defence systems were deployed to #Zaporozhye to protect against missile attacks.

🔹#Russia's Hinterland:

▪️ In the #Krasnodar edge in the morning hours, an Ukrainian drone again attacked the Ilsky Refinery. A fifth unit was damaged and a fire broke out at the facility. There were no civilian casualties.

🔹#Russia's Border Areas:

▪️ In the #Bryansk region, an Ukrainian UAV dropped several munitions on #Azarovka village and #Novenkoye settlement, with no casualties or damage.

▪️ In the #Belgorod region, Ukrainian terrorist formations shelled the villages of Yasnye Zori, #Cheremoshnoye and #Ustinka. Residential houses and power lines were damaged.

🔹#Starobelsk (#Svatovo) Direction:

▪️ The situation has not changed significantly: position fighting and artillery duels continue.

▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, according to some reports, the AFU are preparing boats to force the #Oskol River, as well as conducting a forced evacuation of the population in #Redkodub.

🔹#Soledar (#Bakhmut) Direction:

▪️ In the western areas of #Bakhmut, Wagner PMC assault squads are engaged in fierce fighting on the Liberators of Donbass Street.
➖ To the south, Russian servicemen are advancing on enemy positions on the western side of Tchaikovsky Street.

▪️ The head of the Wagner PMC, Evgeny Prigozhin, announced the withdrawal of his units from the settlement on 10 May due to shell starvation and heavy losses.

🔹#Donetsk Direction:

▪️ In the #Avdeyevka sector, Russian servicemen are conducting a positional offensive against the AFU strongholds in the area of the N-20 highway west of #Novobakhmutovka.

▪️ The Ukrainian terrorists again shelled populated areas of #Donetsk agglomeration. Among others, residential buildings in #Yasinovataya were hit. Three people were killed and three more were wounded.

▪️ Russian Federal Security Service officers prevented a terrorist act against one of the executives of the #Zaporozhye NPP. Two saboteurs have been detained.

🔹#Kherson Direction on #SouthFront:

▪️ Russian forces launched strikes against positions of Ukrainian formations in #Kherson, #Lvovo and #Tokarevka, and used guided aerial bombs against enemy manpower and equipment in #Veseloye, #Kazatskoye and #Berislav.
➖ In turn, the Ukrainian terrorists damaged civilian facilities on the left bank of #Kherson region. Residential buildings in #Peschanovka and #Kakhovka were among those hit.
➖ In Novaya Kakhovka, shelling damaged a house and a school building, one man was killed.

▪️ Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani visited #Kiev and held a face-to-face meeting with Zelensky.

▪️ The European Union has granted #Ukraine a 1 billion euros loan, which will be used to buy 155 mm artillery shells and missiles.

▪️ Acting Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen has announced the joint transfer with Germany of 80 Leopard 1 tanks to #Ukraine.

▪️ The head of #Zaporozhye region, Evgeny Balitsky, has announced the evacuation of the population from frontline settlements with their subsequent relocation deep into the region.

▪️ Russian State Duma deputy Shamsail Saraliev reported that the Russian and Ukrainian sides had exchanged the bodies of the killed fighters 80 by 80.
